Winner in the Large Enterprises Category Netlight Consulting invests in international recruitment and supports a diverse corporate culture. Its more than 2,000 experts represent 60 nationalities across nine countries, with 22% of Helsinki consultants being international professionals. Diversity and inclusion are an essential part of Netlight’s operations.
Winner in the Large Enterprises Category is committed to promoting equality and diversity as an integral part of its corporate culture. IKEA has established coworker groups for employees from different backgrounds and launched the Equal Start program, which provides multicultural employees with opportunities to develop their skills in sales and customer service.
Famifarm - Winner in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Category Famifarm has been recognized for its international recruitment efforts, with more than 70% of new employees coming from outside Finland. The company supports multicultural teams through bilingual communication, clear onboarding materials, interpretation services, and training.
University of Helsinki - Winner in the Public Organizations Category University of Helsinki fosters a genuinely multicultural and multinational community, with around 30% of its teaching and research staff coming from international backgrounds. The university supports the integration and retention of international talent through internship programmes and its new equality and non-discrimination plan. Diversity, equality, and inclusion are an essential part of the university’s operations.

LUT University (LUT) - Winner in the Public Organizations Category LUT University has been recognized for supporting international students and staff. LUT's multicultural campus offers, among other things, Finnish language courses to help international talent integrate into Finnish society.
