Winner in the Large Enterprises Category has a diverse corporate culture that fosters innovation. AlphaSense is committed to creating a workplace where diversity is part of the company's DNA, and this is evident in their practices, such as celebrating international holidays at the office.
Winner in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Category AddSearch invests in cultural openness and supports its employees in creating an open work environment where everyone can be themselves. The AddSearch team consists of 17 employees from 12 different countries, and the company is piloting a career framework to support employee career development.
LUT University (LUT) - Winner in the Public Organizations Category LUT University has been recognized for supporting international students and staff. LUT's multicultural campus offers, among other things, Finnish language courses to help international talent integrate into Finnish society.
