About the Competition
The International Employer of the Year competition is searching for organizations in Finland that have successfully recruited, onboarded, and retained immigrants and international talents. With the competition, JCI Finland wants to showcase employer success stories and encourage more organizations to recruit foreigners who play a key role in Finland’s future economic growth.

The competition was launched in 2021 by JCI United and searched for the most international employer of Pirkanmaa. This year JCI Finland brings the competition to whole Finland!

Nomination Period extended until 28th of April
Do you know or work for a company that has done a great job in terms of promoting equality in hiring practices and has invested in hiring immigrants? Finland needs more companies like that and you can help us to find them.
