We support your organization through various services that help you create and maintain an attractive employer brand and place to work, as well as strengthen the retention of international talent.
Our advisory service is for you whether you are an entrepreneur/startup founder curious about team building, or the HR of an established organization.
Work in Finland is a joint service package on labor immigration and attracting talent by Business Finland and the KEHA Centre.
We share general information about work and life in Finland, provide information about vacancies, and facilitate the job search and relocation process. In addition, we support employers in attracting, recruiting, and managing international talent.
We help talent and companies to find each other.
The City of Espoo offers coaching and advisory services for recruiting international talent. We support your organisation’s success by helping you find the right employees, providing training and financial support for recruitment, and assisting with administrative matters. Skilled professionals bring new perspectives and networks to your company and strengthen your employer brand.

If needed, you can receive support throughout the entire recruitment process – free of charge and in a practical, hands-on manner.

We are part of the Business Espoo business services network, through which you can access services for all stages of your company’s life cycle.

We also support local companies in recruiting international talent and attracting them to the region. In addition, we organize events and activities that help connect employers with international jobseekers.
The City of Turku promotes the attraction, settlement, and employment of international talent as part of strengthening the region’s vitality. International House Turku operates on a one-stop-shop principle and provides multilingual guidance and support for international talents, employers, and families.
The city works closely with higher education institutions and employers to promote the recruitment, employment, and long-term integration of international talent in the region
Business Helsinki on kolmatta vuotta mukana tukemassa IEY kilpailua.

Elisabet Miheludaki
Business Support Specialist, Business Helsinki
We decided to support the International Employer of the Year competition because it provides visibility for work that promotes diversity in working life and offers an opportunity to highlight
Espoo-based companies and best practices as part of the competition as a whole.
At the City of Espoo, we want to actively promote a diverse working life. We act as a partner in building growth by supporting recruitment and helping organisations find the right skills. Recruiting international talent can be an effective and realistic solution – even for companies with no prior experience of international recruitment.
We want to encourage companies not to miss the opportunity to shape the future of both their own organisation and Finland as a whole. One way to do so is by becoming a partner in the
competition.

Specialist, Business Services, Espoon kaupunki

We want to support the competition because it highlights pioneering companies that recruit internationals and build diverse workplaces. The visibility of the competition strengthens the positive image of international recruitment and increases understanding of the important role internationals play in the region’s growth.
The competition supports the goals we work toward every day: the employment of international talent and the attractiveness and retention of the Tampere region. These themes are also a key part of Tampere’s roadmap for the availability and retention of international labour, which we are implementing until 2035.
We encourage companies to take bold steps towards international expertise, and we warmly welcome new partners to join us in supporting the competition!
