Tietoa kilpailusta
International Employer of the Year -kilpailussa etsitään suomalaisia organisaatioita, jotka ovat onnistuneesti rekrytoineet, ottaneet palvelukseensa ja pitäneet palveluksessaan maahanmuuttajia ja kansainvälisiä osaajia. Kilpailun avulla Suomen Nuorkauppakamarit ry haluaa esitellä työnantajien menestystarinoita ja kannustaa yhä useampia organisaatioita rekrytoimaan ulkomaalaisia, jotka ovat avainasemassa Suomen tulevan talouskasvun kannalta.
JCI Unitedin vuonna 2021 käynnistämä kilpailu keskittyi alun perin Pirkanmaan kansainvälisimmän työnantajan tunnistamiseen. Sittemmin se on laajentunut valtakunnalliseksi ja järjestetään nyt vuosittain. Vuoden 2026 kilpailuaika on 1.-31.5.2026
